In this drink that is just sweet and velvety enough, you will find the best of the Tropics: rum, pineapple juice and lime! To do by the pool to feel like you're on vacation :)
Ingredients (for a drink)
1.5 oz white rum
0.5 oz Orgeade du Lab syrup (available at Fridge)
1.5 oz pineapple juice
Juice of half a lime
Ice
0.75 oz dark rum
To garnish: mint and/or pineapple
Recipe:
- Put the first 4 ingredients in a shaker and add the ice. “Shake shake shake”
- Pour unfiltered into an 8 oz Highball glass. Add ice if needed. (not filtering it allows you to serve the pineapple mousse which is created in shakant)
- Gently pour the dark rum onto the back of a spoon.
- Garnish with a little mint and a slice of pineapple.
