Kochere Village - Ethiopia: Our most popular single-origin coffee, it surprises with its aromas of blueberry, peach candy and chocolate. Its natural process (sun dried) gives it the complexity necessary to stand out in espresso.

Cool Central: A true must, Colombia offers distinguished coffees, with a profile that is both balanced and complex. Fresh walnuts and plums combine in this expressive and fresh coffee.

Red Honey - Costa Rica: The "Red Honey" process is a great example of the creative side of coffee producers. By leaving some of the flesh around the bean during drying, we transfer a lot of sugar and fruity aromas to the coffee, for our greatest pleasure! On the menu: Vanilla, strawberry shortcake, sweet candy.

Burundi Kalico: A terroir that we particularly like, reminiscent of Kenyan coffees. Surprising depth and a slightly tangy finish that calls for another sip! Blackberries, cinnamon and Pinot noir.
