Coope Tarrazu brings together 3,000 farms and is the largest washing station in the country. Their best batches bear the name "La Pastora", with part of the profits used to develop the region.

Our first order of this Costa Rican coffee was in 2019, when we started. We and our customers really liked this coffee, a beautiful summer bean which offers a little red fruit but is well enveloped by the cocoa notes evident in the first sips. Here we are a few years later, with a growing experience, with a coffee that seems even better than we remember. Now it's your turn to try it!

Je savoure le Pastora en filtre (cafetière à piston) et il est délicieux. Sa torréfaction pas trop foncée met vraiment bien ses saveurs en valeur.
